The Hyrox Family

HYROX has had such a positive impact on my gym. After COVID, it brought us all together, train harder and have fun at the same time. We traveled to HYROX Amsterdam with 47 members, the energy in the hall was amazing and I am so proud of all members who took on the challenge. More to come for sure

Volunteering at HYROX London with over 4.000 participants was such a fun day for me, I saw many friends from my local gym compete and was able to cheer them on.

HYROX has changed the way I train and go about my sport. It was the perfect combination of strength and endurance for me that I could not find in other sport competition and it is organized in a very professional manner.

My best friend convinced me to participate in a HYROX Doubles and we started going to the gym together. It took us 1h and 55 minutes and I loved every minute of the experience
